Student Teaching
- Wachter Middle School | 6th Grade Math | Mrs. Jeanne Metzger
- 14 weeks in the classroom (Spring 2022)
- 3 weeks of solo student teaching and 11 weeks co-teaching
- Collaborated with a group/team
- Assisted the students with questions on their homework assignments, and summative/formative assessments
- Incorporated technology (videos, Google forms, assignments, dream box) and used data to analyze student understanding
- Modeled different learning strategies to reach all learners:
- Turn-and-Talks, I do-We do-You do, and using different ink colors
- Tutored students one-on-one who struggled with content comprehension
